In its Rainbow Shiny form(view), the Tart Kitty emits particles which cycle through various different colors, every particle is differently colored than the other, dissimilar to its shiny counterpart. Each particle varies in size and shape. The nametag of the Tart Kitty cycles through the colors of the rainbow.
