The Rock Racer is a rare vehicle in Overlook Bay that was added alongside the Extinction Event (2021), on August 13, 2021, as a part of the Artifact Hunt Pass. In order to obtain this item, players had to collect a total of 120. Players only had to collect this amount of Artifacts, and not spend it.
