The Opossum is an ultra-rare pet in Overlook Bay which was released along with Part 2 of the Halloween Event (2021). It could previously be obtained by capturing 100 ghouls. Players could claim it by clicking on the "Ghoul Hunt Event" button to open up a UI and then pressing the "Claim" button.(view)
Players could have obtained the Opossum multiple times. It was replaced by Snake Wizard, a scavenger hunt pet earned by capturing ghouls, during Part 3 of the event.
Appearance[]
The Opossum shows resemblance to Marowak, a Pokémon from the popular Japanese franchise.
Shiny Appearance[]
In its Shiny form(view), the Opossum emits yellow star and circle-shaped particles. The nametag color of the Opossum switches to a vibrant yellow color.

Rainbow Shiny Appearance[]
In its Rainbow Shiny form(view), the Opossum emits particles which cycle through different colors, every particle is differently colored than the other, dissimilar to its shiny counterpart. Each particle varies in size and shape. The nametag of the Opossum cycles through the colors of the rainbow.

- This pet's addition to the game was leaked by Wonder Works Studio on their YouTube video, "the last candy bar". At the start of the video, a billboard could be seen housing concept art. This included the concept art of the Spider Bat as well as the Opossum.(view)
