The North Pole was an exclusive location that was released to Overlook Bay during the Holiday Event (2020), as a major part of the event. Upon the release of the Holiday Event (2020), players were able to take the North Pole Express from the Overlook Station to reach the North Pole. The North Pole Express used to depart from the Overlook Station once every minute, and took approximately another minute to reach the North Pole Station.
The North Pole comprised of several different buildings, mainly little Christmas-themed stalls which were run by NPCs, as well as a large wheel, known as the Prize Wheel which players could spin once every 15 minutes in order to earn rewards. The North Pole used to house a total of 11 NPCs, Bakery Elf, Elfie, Faith, George, Jewel, Mrs. Claus, Present Elf, Rosa, The Conductor, Santa Claus (NPC) and Toy Elf.
These NPCs were designated to specific buildings located in the North Pole, and used to carry out tasks that added on to the player's gameplay experience.
Santa's Workshop[]
Santa's Workshop is the main place on the map of the North pole where the player can help Mr. Clause complete his tasks before Christmas Day arrives. There are three jobs that the player can do in the workshop: Gift wrapping, toy making and baking cookies.
Souvenir Shop[]
The Souvenir Shop is a shop situated at the North Pole. Here, the player can buy Holiday Vehicle Crate and Holiday Pet Pod with lots of other toys and pets.
Elf-Go-Zoom[]
Elf-Go-Zoom is a shop where the player can buy various carts for racing with their friends. The carts are as followed- Sleigh, Snowmobile, Santa's plow and Santa's Tank(can shoot snowballs).
Elf Houses and Elf Village[]
The Elf Houses.

Elf Village is a small and beautiful planned village in the North Pole where there are elves in their houses. The player can go Christmas Caroling there and will also be awarded some cookies given by the elves as a reward.
Prize Wheel[]
The Prize Wheel.
In every 15 minutes, players can spin this Christmas-themed spinning wheel where the players can get a Holiday Vehicle Crate, Holiday Pet Pod, or even some amount of 
Cookies.
The prize wheel would continue onwards to grant the players a specific amount of Cookies, a Holiday Pet Pod or a Holiday Vehicle Crate. Here is a description of all the places in The North Pole-
North Pole Station[]
The North Pole Station.
The North Pole Station was a building which was introduced to Overlook Bay during the Holiday Event (2020).
During the Holiday Event (2020), there was only a single way of reaching the North Pole, and that was by riding the North Pole Express. Every few minutes, the North Pole Express arrived at this station, carrying players from the Overlook Station, which was located near the Pet Store. Players could take the North Pole Express from this station to make their way to the town of Overlook Bay.
