The Monkey is an ultra-rare pet that players can obtain in the Roblox game Overlook Bay. Unlike many other pets, the Monkey costs 
395 (Initially 349) and cannot be obtained from any Pet Pod Machine. The Monkey can be found on top of a display pedestal inside the Pet Store (2021), next to the Bumble Bee.
The Monkey was temporarily removed on November 2, 2020, but was reintroduced to the game during the Pet Store (2021) update on January 22, 2021. It was officially removed from the game on March 12, 2021, along with Kittycorn and Strawberry Cow. It can now only be obtained through trading.
Appearance[]
The Monkey's face, feet, and torso are beige in color, while the rest of its body is colored in a reddish-brown color. It is meant to resemble a spider monkey.
Shiny Appearance[]
In its Shiny form(view), the Monkey emits several shaped particles, usually in the shape of either stars or circles. These particles are yellow in color. The nametag of the Monkey switches to a vibrant yellow color.
Rainbow Shiny Appearance[]
In its Rainbow Shiny form(view), the Monkey emits particles which cycle through various different colors, every particle is differently colored than the other, dissimilar to its shiny counterpart. Each particle varies in size and shape. The nametag of the Monkey cycles through the colors of the rainbow.

- The Monkey's 3D model and design was purchased from Anko3d's for sale models on Turbosquid, a 3D model asset sale website.
- This is the third pet in the game that could only be obtained through either buying a gamepass, or a developer product.
