The Meta Mall Portal is an advertisement portal leading to Wonder Works Studio's project, the Meta Mall, which was added to the game on March 9, 2022.[1] This portal was solely added to the game for the purpose of advertisement and did not serve any other purpose relevant to the functioning of Overlook Bay.
Gameplay[]
The Meta Mall comprises an experience from which players can directly purchase items from the Roblox Catalog in exchange for 
Robux. The Meta Mall houses UGC accessories, Roblox animations, and other items from the Roblox Catalog, excluding 2D and 3D clothing. Players have the ability to try on any accessories from the Roblox Catalog in-game, and can also create outfits which can be bought by other players. Purchasing an outfit, however, would not grant a commission to the original creator of the outfit, and the purchase would be similar to that of a normal purchase made through the Roblox Catalog.
Meta Mall also contains roleplay items and allows players to roleplay as a security officer.[2] Furthermore, every 15 minutes a player spends in the Meta Mall experience, they receive a Meta Moth, with the maximum amount of claimable Meta Moths being four.
