Manager Flint is an NPC in Overlook Bay that can be found inside the Grocery Mart, a building in the Marketplace. Just like most other NPCs, this NPC has a specific function assigned to it.
Appearance[]
Manager Flint wears a green-colored shirt adorned by light green flower patterns. He also wears a scarf around his neck. He also wears, black pants, white and green shoes and red sunglasses. Manager Flint has dark brown-colored hair with red highlights.
Interaction[]
Upon interacting with Manager Flint by pressing E while on PC, or clicking the interaction button while on mobile, the player would be greeted with the following dialogue.
"Welcome! We just got some new vehicles in stock! Check them out!"
The player would then be prompted by two different options which they could use to reply to Manager Flint's message, named "Buy" and "Cancel".

Upon pressing the "Buy" button, the player would be prompted with a GUI through which they could purchase various vehicle crates.
"Cancel"[]
If a player chose the "Cancel" option, the prompt would end and the GUI would disappear from the player's screen.
