The Lava Eel is an ultra-rare fish that players can obtain by fishing at the Molten Mines using the Hades Rod in Overlook Bay. The Lava Eel can be sold at Barnacle's Bait for 
11. Since this fish can only be obtained from the Molten Mines, it is classified as a Molten Fish.
The Lava Eel can be caught throughout both day and night at the Molten Mines and grants player 15 Fishing XP upon being caught.
Appearance[]
The Lava Eel has two large, round, spherical eyes and a red and black-colored body. As its name suggests, its body appears to be burnt due to it have stayed in lava. Its delicate fins are red in color. It shows certain similarity to the Electric Eel in terms of body structure.
History[]
Formerly, before the Overlook RP Update, the Lava Eel could have been sold for 
15 at Barnacle's Bait. After the release of the Season Pass update, its selling price was reduced from 15 to 11.
