The Gingerbread Manor is a house in Overlook Bay which is exclusive to the Holiday Event (2020). This house released on the 11th of December, 2020, as a part of the Holiday Event (2020)'s third part. This house, just like most of the houses released during events, remained in-game and is still purchasable in exchange for 
Gems.
Players can currently buy this house through the housing menu for a price of 5,000. However, during the Holiday Event (2020), it could have been bought for 
3,500. Players can furnish it to their liking. The Gingerbread Manor is a two-stories house with 4 rooms and 2 sub-rooms (bathrooms).
Appearance[]

The Gingerbread Manor is a two-storied house. It looks exactly like an edible Gingerbread House in real life and is completely surrounded by Christmas decorations. While in-game, the Gingerbread Manor radiates a dazzling set of aurora lights from its top.
Exterior[]
The pillars of the house are made of candy canes, whilst the roof trims are made out of cake frosting. The roof tiles are completely red in color. The door of the house is in a wickedly unstable shape and is shrouded with delicious looking rainbow frosting all around it. Christmas wreaths and garlands can be found hanging here and there on the exterior of the house, from the windowsills to the rooftop.

The interior of the Gingerbread Manor comprises two floors, which are joined using a two-sided staircase unit, leading to either sides of the house. The staircase of this house was located in its lobby area, the area connecting all of its rooms with each other.
First Room[]

The first room of the Gingerbread Manor is located towards the left side of its main entrance. It is a relatively tiny room with doors leading to the lobby, as well as the room located on its adjacent side. This room did not have any windows.
Second Room[]

The second room of the Gingerbread Manor has a stylish curved window, as well as outside connections to the first room as well as the main lobby of the house. It is almost similar in size to the first room.
Third Room[]

The third room is about twice the size of the first and second room, and is located on the second floor of the house. It is connected to the main lobby through a staircase. This is one of the only rooms in the Gingerbread Manor with a sub-room (or bathroom) connection. This room has multiple windows.
Third Room - Sub-part[]
The sub-part of the third room has a single window, and is intended to serve as a connected bathroom for the third room. Although its actual purpose is to serve as a bathroom, it is not necessary and players can customize it however they would like to using the game's in-game customization menu.
Fourth Room[]

The fourth room of the Gingerbread Manor is located opposite to the third room, and is about the same size as the third room. This room is located on the second floor of the house and is connected to the main lobby through a staircase.
Fourth Room - Sub-part[]
Similar to the third room's sub-part, this room serves as a bathroom connected to the fourth room of the Gingerbread Manor.

- This is one of the only houses introduced during/for special event in Overlook Bay. It was preceded by the Haunted House, which was released during the Halloween Event (2020), and was succeeded by the Cupid's Castle, which was released during the Valentine's Festival (2021).
