The Forever 21 Shop City Portal was added to Overlook Bay as a portal leading to Wonder Works Studio's game, Forever 21 Shop City, made in collaboration with the American clothing firm, Forever 21. It was developed collectively by Wonder Works Studio and the Virtual Brand Group. This portal was solely added to the game for the purpose of advertisement and did not serve any other purpose relevant to the functioning of Overlook Bay.

Gameplay

The Forever 21 Shop City experience comprises a tycoon similar to the likings of several popular tycoons in which players build and manage their own stores, such as Retail Tycoon (and its sequel), Restaurant Tycoon (and its sequel), etc.

Criticism

It was pointed out by several clothing designers and veterans on Roblox that the clothing items set for sale in the Forever 21 Shop City experience used a stolen shading template, which has been widely reproduced across the internet without crediting the original artist.
