Cupid's Fountain was a special location which was added to Overlook Bay as part of the Valentine's Festival (2021). This location replaced Overlook Park in the map, and was removed after the Valentine's Festival (2021) had ended. The Overlook Park was re-added to the game after this event had ended.
Players could find the NPC Cupid in this location. They could interact with the NPC and pay 
500 to obtain either a Valentine Pet Pod at a 55% chance, personal vehicle at a 35% chance, or a collectible item at a 10% chance. The personal vehicles and collectibles that players could obtain were randomized.
Upon interacting with the NPC, Cupid, and paying 500, the NPC would levitate over the little pond beside its pedestal and obtain a random item related to the Valentine's Festival (2021), which used to range from a pet pod, to a collectible, vehicle, or a personal vehicle. This item would then be added to the player's inventory.
Players could have obtained the following items out of Cupid's Fountain upon making a request to Cupid to go and fetch something from Cupid's Fountain for them.
