In its Rainbow Shiny form(view), the Candied Fairy emits particles which cycle through different colors, every particle is differently colored than the other, dissimilar to its shiny counterpart. Each particle varies in size and shape. The nametag of the Candied Fairy cycles through the colors of the rainbow.
