The Birthday Cake features a two-layered, pink cake with white, light pink, and deep pink stripes. It has a blue frosting adorned by multiple yellow and red icing. It also comprises three white candles with yellow, blue, and pink lines in a spiral pattern. It has a pair of black beady eyes, small pink hands and feet.

In its Shiny form(view), the Birthday Cake emits yellow-colored particles. The nametag color of the Birthday Cake switches to a vibrant yellow color.
